We will explore your range of motion, how your arm bone moves within your shoulder socket, how to create more range of motion in order to invite more work space for your movement pattern. The more weight bearing needed the more shoulder stability is required; learn the Anusara key alignment principles to change your bat wing shoulders to open and expansive angel wings and learn the Functional Range Conditioning applications to create a safe stable and well working shoulder joint.
