“I started practicing yoga in the 1970’s. I re-committed to a daily asana practice and to studying yoga philosophy about 15 years ago. I achieved a 200-hour teacher training certification in 2011. I began teaching in 2010, specializing in gentle, restorative, and yoga for “seniors”. I actively continue my yoga education through on-line courses and on-site workshops. I am honored to be a part of the Shakti Soul community. My intention is to cultivate compassion, one breath at a time.”
