Yoga Nidra is know as “yogic sleep”.
The intention of yoga Nidra is to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Join Michelle on this shortest day of the year for an evening of yoga Nidra, a practice of healing, connection and enlightenment; a juicy blend of guided meditation and storytelling. To most deeply enjoy this practice that is intended to guide you to a state of deep relaxation and stress release, come dressed comfortably/cozy, bring your mat, a pillow, blankets, comfy socks, anything that will allow you to create the deepest comfort. We will begin the practice with a bit of movement before we sink deep into relaxation. $15 Class Fee.
