Partner Yoga explores and exposes many two-sided aspects of yoga and ourselves: give and take . support and surrender . effort and ease, anxiety “fear” and equanimity “calmness” . trust and doubt
Partner yoga is yoga postures “asana” modified and done with a friend. Poses are easier and often deeper when supported by a friend. Your friend might be someone you know and come to class with, or someone you meet there. You don’t need to come with a partner. Practicing with a partner is playful and fun. It also takes focus and concentration. All are welcome, including beginners.
